千里之外, 我们用烛光表达哀思
昨晚, 夜自修回来后, 坐在电脑前, 本想准备明天的上课内容, 可四川大地震的滚动的新闻和视屏强烈的冲击着我的视线, 让我无法静下心来 ！！灾难正在发生, 夺命数字正在狰狞着不断攀升，有多少人已惨烈的离开了他们无比留恋的人世 ,还有多少人在废墟中等待救援，最让人心颤的，是这冰冷的数字中，有许许多多是不久前还鲜活的、欢笑的、生命尚未展开的孩子！我的心在颤抖, 我的心在流血！
“只要有一分希望, 我们就会尽百分之百的努力”
“你们的痛苦就是我们的痛苦, 面对灾难，我们要坚强” 温总理那掷地有声的承诺,和鼓励，给予人们多少信心和希望．．．．
一夜难眠, 翻来覆去, 脑子里充斥着那些令人震惊, 让人感动的场景!
我能做什么呢, 我想到了今天的英语课，我要和我的学生们－－－作为祖国的未来和希望的学生们一起去感受和感动，最重要的是要让他们在这个已经发生的灾难中学会和学到一些东西
In English class , I showed the pictures of the earthquake to my students , the terrible event has happened , but we should learn something from this , our students should know what they should do , that's the most important !
When and where did it happen?
How much do you know about it ?
What were you doing when you heard the news?
How did you feel ? What should people (we) do ?
what can we learn from this ?
The students' answers made me happy ,
Doreen : We should unite together when we meet difficulties , unity is power!
(面对困难, 我们应该团结起来, 团结就是力量!)
Amy: When anyone is in trouble, we should give them a hand . As a Chinese , we should do anything we can to help them ! I believe we can win , tomorrow is a new day !
(一方有难，八方支援，作为一个中国人，每个人都应该伸出援助之手．我相信我们一定能战胜困难，明天是新的一天！）
Mike : we should learn or know how to survive (save )ourselves in danger , that 's very important !
(灾难发生时, 我们应该学会自救, 那是很重要的!)
Charley: We should study hard , i believe we can predict the earthquake one day , and then the disaster will not happen again !
(我要努力学习, 发明一些能预测地震的仪器, 防止这些灾难的发生)
Nancy : From this we know , we human beings are still weak , we should improve ourselves , learn how to conqure the nature !
( 在大自然面前，我们还很渺小，我们应该努力提高自己，学会征服自然！）
David : Life is short , we should cherish everyday , cherish everthing we own now !
(生命短暂，我们应该好好珍惜每一天，珍惜我们所拥有的一切！）
Most of them said that we should give our hands to them and raise some money , or give away some useful things to them , show our love to them , help them to rebuild the buildings !!
(绝大部分的学生都表示我们应该伸出援助之手,捐钱捐物, 尽我们的努力去帮助他们, 让他们感受到温暖, 帮助灾民度过难关!)
I was moved , kindness can be found everywhere !
下午班会课, 当学校号召全校师生捐款时, 我们都会付诸于行动.
（就在刚才，我听说有个学生准备把他的押岁钱2０００元全部捐出）
人间处处有真情啊 !!
The earthquake is very terrible natural calamity which caused thousands of people to be dead and public property to be destroying. But people of the whole nation will join together to fight against it . Love will mke the world around !
At last , let's pray for the people who are in the disaster together , let's hope that more people will be rescued and they can rebuild the destroying buildings as soon as possible. We believe the sunshine will be more beautiful after the storm !
灾难无情人有情，让我们一起为灾区的人民祈祷吧！祈愿更多的人能尽快的得救，祈愿他们能很快的重建家园，相信阳光就在风雨后！！
