This evening , we had a parents' meeting. we have such a meeting every term after mid-term exam . so I asked my students to write a letter to their parent before that as usual .
But i got a letter from Kelly. After reading that , i was astonished ! She was very dissapionted at her result of exam , "am I a clever girl ,?I think you may say yes , but I know very clearly that I am not . I am so stupid , because I always failed in big exams . I studied very hard , and I try my best to improve my science and math , but I failed at last . What shall I do , Miss Lin? Could u help me ? I don't want my parents to know that because it may made them sad ." My tears came out , my dear girl , don't be upset , don't give yourself too much pressure . You are a very nice and kind girl , all of us like you very much . i know u have tried your best , and your parents know that too . I'm sure they can understand you very well . If you really tried your best , no matter what the result was , you have won ! Never give up , you can make it !!Cheer up , hope to see your smiling face soon !
