April 1st is a day to be careful, or you could easily get tricked by someone. It’s April Fool’s Day, a day when people traditionally like to try to make a fool of someone else and laugh at them.
Yesterday ,after English class , Doreen and Nancy came to ask me eagerly:" Are we going to have school trip this week? "
I know they are looking forward to having a school trip .
It's April Fool's day today, so I decided to play a joke on them.
At the beginning of class, after we talked about the weather ,
I asked : Since it is spring, and the weather is so pleasant , what do u want to do ? "
" I want to fly a kite , I want to go boating "
"I want to have a school trp " Doreen answered loudly ,
and all other students shouted ...
"Oh, your dream can come true now "I said slowly with a big smile , "if your are very active in this class, and do well in every subject, you will be allowed to go for a trip this Thursday..."
"Hoory," how excited they were ...
They really did more wonderfully in this class , all of us had a great time during this English class.
At the end of the class , I asked : "What 's the date today ? "
"April First "
"So what special day is it ? "
oh, it's April Fool's day !!
All of us laughed !!
And some one still asked: when shall we have the spring outing ?
"I don't know , but i'm sure it'll be soon , haha"
In the afternoon , we were informed that we would have a school trip next Friday! Oh, that's really great ! all of us were excited!
